About Tina

I have spent decades studying and practicing depth psychology, embodied and expressive arts, and mythic and symbolic approaches to healing and integration.

I am the author of Facing the Depths and Sprung: Poetry of Emergence, and my work has been shaped as much by lived experience as by formal training.

I work quietly, carefully, and with deep respect for the intelligence of the psyche.
